I was wondering if anyone knew any guitars that were affordable, yet had a good quality for recording and playing. I looked at the Gibson website, and the cheapest guitar was over $1,000. Anything that I can afford? If possible, I would like it to be less than $500 dollars, but a few bucks above that's ok.

well if you look real hard you might find one on the side of the road... no garuntees though. You could steal one of the guitars people on the street use to make money! but if you wanted one leagaly... or not out of luck, I have no advice.
